Hi, I’m Kenny Fraser
I am an expert in AI and business change. I have advised technology & telecoms businesses for more than 30 years in over 40 countries. How I work
I work in the zone of business change where you need to figure out what to do. If you already know what to do then you are looking for someone to tell you how to do it or resources to deliver. I am not the person you need.
AI is a world of uncertainty and unknowns. The conventional tools of strategy, planning, management and control break down in this environment. Choices feel unstructured, almost random.
None of those symptoms are new in tech. One thing I have learned in all those years is a simple approach for navigating uncertainty. Decide the next right thing to do. Do it. Learn from the results of doing. Adapt and move on to the next right thing to do.
This loop works for every business situation. It applies to strategy as much as it does to A/B testing in marketing or choosing what’s next on your product roadmap.
That’s why I don’t describe myself as a strategy consultant or put myself in any other standard box. You know your business better than I do. I am not going to tell you what to do. I use all that experience and knowledge to help you make better business decisions.

Who is this for?
If all that sounds amorphous and ill-defined so be it. Business decisions are easy when everything is known. I add most value when there is uncertainty and unknowns.
I am likely to be a good fit for you and your business if:
Your business is facing change led by AI or tech in general. When I started this meant the tech & telecoms sectors. The reach has widened and AI extends the net of businesses caught by this even further.
You want to embrace the change that tech brings. Reach out for the opportunities and deal with the hard changes it brings for your existing business and team.
You are open to a process of learning and evolution. We will both be learning as we go. I can help you build confidence through that process.
We can agree on a fair payment for the value I bring.
We are both going to have fun working together.
Maybe this is not for you…
By contrast, I am probably not the best person for you to work with if:
You want to impose order or control.
You are looking for certainty or solutions.
You are playing defence and want to focus on risk management.
You want an AI strategy. You don’t need an AI strategy. No-one does.
You have a defined specification for the work you want to do. The closer you are to a defined spec, the less likely I am the best person to advise you.
